It is with regret that I have to say that the Wallasey RNA Branch 'Barmaid' passed away on the 10th of January 2004.

Gill Murphy was only 38 years of age and a ray of sunshine behind the bar. On December 22nd she enjoyed the entertainment of the comedian on 'Sods Opera' night but now she is sadly missed. She leaves 3 children and our branch are puting on a benefit night for them.
